Every detail was amazing, especially staff and rooms. Also, I loved how reasonably priced the location was. The hotel itself was in a downtown area, close enough to Lake Shore Drive and McCormick place and china town.

I liked the historic building of the hotel and exceptional location. The breakfast was good hot, the food was superb, eggs, fresh bread, cereal, hot waffles and pastries available. The bedroom was large, and the bed was spacious. Fast check-in and impeccable service.

Non-smoking and inviting room, food in the al fresco restaurant. Fabulous view of park. Staff were eager to help with directions etc. I loved the breakfast, there was plenty of fresh food. Location near a public beach. Location was historic, because highway was based close to the hotel.

Comfy room, tidy and very fancy place, charming staff. I liked the room, the bed was extremely comfy. Breakfast was savoury, with plenty of meals. Pool was well-maintained and there was a perfect restaurant on site.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable, the staff were ready to help, we appreciated a fine experience. Large breakfast, had fresh fruit, yogurt, cookies, pastries and hot waffles and more. Own beach near the place.

Awesome stay in this hotel. I liked the perfect interior and the high-speed internet access. The personnel was genuinely helpful & was quick to help. Reasonable location to a state-of-the-art museum. The restaurant was small and exceptionally clean.

The staff has always been friendly. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Ricobene's, set within 10 minutes walk or so.

They had everything we wanted for our weekend, we loved rooms and staff. Subway station cermak-mccormick place was at a medium distance from the hotel. It is 100% that we will be back.

The bed was spacious, after a long drive. We enjoyed chicago south loop. It's worth staying here and exploring Bronzeville district. Will be returning here soon.
